Duncan has overall responsibility for the group’s fund raising, investment and operating activities. He is also a member of the Ingenious audit and risk committee, investment committees and the boards of number of investee companies.
Duncan has been with Ingenious since its first day of operations. He started his career in the music business before obtaining an engineering degree at Imperial College and qualifying as a chartered accountant with Touche Ross (later Deloitte). Duncan was then business development manager for Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Really Useful Group and finance director of The Really Useful Theatre Company prior to becoming financial director of Nottingham Forest Plc during its flotation.
Stuart is an Asset Manager for Ingenious Infrastructure and works across all renewable technologies supporting in wind, solar and anaerobic digestion.
Stuart has worked in the renewable energy sector for 11 years and started his career with Low Carbon developing the UK’s first three 5MW solar farms. Since then, he has developed c.180MW of solar PV and has provided support and consultancy on hundreds of MW of solar, wind and AD for various developers and funds. He now heads up Raw Energy who have worked closely with Ingenious for over six years. Stuart’s main areas of expertise are in development, construction and optimisation of renewable energy assets, whilst retaining a strong commercial focus.
Stuart greatly enjoys working in this sector and playing a part in the clean energy transition.
Sam is an asset manager for the Ingenious wind and solar assets and is focused on managing and optimising Ingenious’s operational portfolio.
Sam has over six years’ experience in the renewable energy sector in technologies of solar, wind, AD, biomass and CHP. Over the years he has worked with financial institutions and funds as a project manager, developer and in M&A advisory positions with experience in greenfield development as well as in the management and optimisation of operational assets.
Sam ensures efficient work flows to repeatedly deliver robust projects with strong commercial drivers.
Harriet is Asset Manager for Ingenious Infrastructure, managing the anaerobic digestion portfolio and supporting the solar and wind portfolios.
Harriet has worked in the renewable energy sector for over nine years, gaining extensive experience in the end-to-end process of developing renewable projects. Starting at Inazin where she had a dual role of Project Coordinator and Grid Manager, contributing to the development of 173MW of large-scale solar installation. She then joined Raw Energy as Head of Project Delivery, managing solar and anaerobic digestion projects through development, due diligence, construction, and operation.
Harriet is a highly organised, process driven professional with a passion for the industry.
